Wutz it going to take for Americans to get jobs in a bilingual society?

Americans today are up against some tuff competition when it comes to working and finding a job in a society that is being flooded with Spanish speaking families. Many jobs including government jobs are requiring candidates to be bilingual in Spanish. Could this be the latest form of discrimination in America? Why should Americans be required to speak a foreign language in order to work in America?

I know someone who didn't get the job because they did not speak Spanish. I think thats just wrong. I don't mind spanish speaking individual. Thats great, but I should not have to learn spanish in America if I don't want to.
